Week 1 - Rule Changes, Hope, and Legal Loopholes

It really was a wild off season in the NFL with all free agent signings, trades, draft picks, hold-outs, hold-ins... and we haven't even gotten to the new kick-off rule. We are going to try and make sense of it all before making our division winner and wild card predictions.
